Hey chat,

I’ve been thinking about Frank a lot lately. I started this newsletter because I wanted a place to write about the things I’m obsessed with: books, TV, film, and pop culture. Somewhere along the way, life happened last fall, and I got a little less consistent. It was also hard balancing working on a novel with freelance writing and finding a new home.

But I want to change that! Starting this month, Frank is getting a reset. I’m going back to publishing twice a week. Tuesday’s post will be free. Friday’s will be for paid subscribers.

Here’s what I have planned for the rest of August:

I’m kicking things off this Tuesday with everything I’ve read in July — the books I loved, hated, or just can’t stop thinking about. I’ll also be doing a deeper dive into one book each month.

📺 Frank Watches

My reality TV reviews are back for paid subscribers. I will also cover other shows and films I’ve enjoyed recently.

As always, there’ll be essays about whatever’s happening in pop culture that I can’t stop thinking about. There’ll also be some surprises along the way, like interviews with some of my fave people, new fiction from me, and more.
